RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking multiple 5 year React v18 Java v8 Spring Boot Cloud Developers in Wilmington, DE (Philadelphia, PA). This is a quick opportunity to become a fulltime employee with client. The candidate will design, develop and test applications using Java Spring boot and REACT JS with some insights in AWS.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 5 years of Java Spring - Java v8 with deep understanding of new features, team is on Java v21
* Minimum 2 years of React v18, team uses v18 (50% Front-end/50% backend environment)
* Must have understanding of Cloud Infrastructures, prefer AWS with basic understanding of Terraform and Lambda/Lambda Expressions
* Experience and ability to create and develop with APIs
* Strength in Core Java, team uses Reactive Java Programming methodology
* No domain preference
Additional Skills:
* Experience in Java Spring, Java Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Spring JPA, React JS, Hibernate, Web services, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, XML, jQuery, Rest API, GIT, Tomcat, and WebSphere
* Experience in application development, including analyzing stories, writing code, implementing automated tests, contributing to release and developing the working practices of the team
* Experience of Agile team working and globally deployed applications working across a Wide Area Network
* Hands on experience with web technologies (e.g. HTTP, XML, REST, HTML, etc.)
* Hands on with development and test automation tools/frameworks (e.g. Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium Grid, Junit, SOAPUI, Eclipse, Jenkins, CA-Lisa, Ant, Maven, Visual Studio, HP ALM/QTP, JIRA, etc.)
* Good understanding of Software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
* Good understanding and working experience on TDD, BDD and Shift Left concepts
* Understanding of Database schemas and SQL queries a must
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
