RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is searching for an AI Data Governance Analyst to join their Data and Analytics Team. The role is requested to be onsite in Edison, New Jersey (NJ) up to one week a month.
Key Tasks:
* Lead the design, implementation, and management of AI governance frameworks
* Develop and enforce AI governance policies, standards, and best practices
* Collaborate with IT, data science, predictive health, and data teams to establish and maintain AI governance tools and technologies
* Oversee the management of the AI pipeline and reporting dashboards to ensure governance and compliance
* Develop, implement, and track metrics and KPIs to measure AI governance initiatives and their effectiveness
* Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on AI pipeline performance, governance compliance, and key performance metrics
* Utilize data analytics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in AI measurement and governance
* Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of established KPIs across systems and databases
* Implement reporting quality metrics and dashboards to enhance AI pipeline tracking
* Lead efforts to improve AI reporting and ensure ongoing tracking of AI solutions across the program pipeline
* Engage with cross-functional teams (clinical, operational, IT, etc.) to promote and enforce AI governance practices
* Provide guidance to stakeholders on AI governance issues and requirements
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to AI governance
* Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate adherence to AI governance policies
* Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with AI governance initiatives and propose mitigation strategies
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve AI governance frameworks, processes, and tools
* Lead the integration of new AI governance practices and technologies into existing frameworks
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
* Proven experience in AI governance, data governance, or a related field
* Familiarity with AI technologies, data pipelines, and reporting tools
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management practices in AI
* Experience in developing and tracking AI performance metrics
* Proficient in AI governance frameworks, data reporting, and analytics tools
* Knowledge of data privacy laws and industry standards related to AI governance
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present information to senior leadership
* Ability to lead audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
