RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking an Application Developer on a direct hire basis in Pittsburgh, PA.
Summary:
The Application Developer is to maintain and support existing custom applications utilized by the organization. This involves leveraging technical expertise in Microsoft .NET Framework, Dev Express, C#, and SQL Reports. The Application Developer will also be tasked with developing and maintaining all custom applications and websites, as well as ensure all custom code is stored and documented in the source safe library on the development servers.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* Over 3 years of experience with .NET WinForms/Web technologies, C#, T-SQL, and ASP.Net
* Familiarity with reporting tools and software, including SQL Reports, MS Power BI, Power Workflow, and Crystal Reports
* Experience in structuring, developing, and implementing interactive corporate websites
* Knowledge of database development, particularly MS SQL
* Extensive practical experience in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly manner
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
