Atlassian Analytics Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Atlassian Analytics Lead in Atlanta, GA.

Overview:
Currently, the team has a goal to build out a central hub of Analytics and is looking for a resource who is has experience pulling data from Jira Align, while understanding the data in Jira Align, and has the ability to create insightful and actionable Tableau dashboards to empower stakeholders/leaders. The goal is to support reporting to uncover insights in the agile health of the organization, insights in cycle times as it relates to various products/projects being tracked in Jira (volatility, predictability, velocity), insights associated with Blockers and how they are impacting the business, as well as insights in their Epics/Capabilities/Stories.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 - 7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or finance
* Jira Align
* Tableau
* Experience creating Visualizations s/Dashboards that are easily to understand and tells a story
* Experience with Data extraction and manipulation
* SQL; Ability to write custom SQL queries
* Atlassian Analytics
* Jira Query Language (JQL)
* Experience with automation tools (Python, GitHub)
* Experience with Enterprise Insights
* Understanding of Product OKRs
* Ability to drive meaning/patterns from the data
* Proven experience in designing and developing Tableau dashboards
* Ability to query and display large data sets
* Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications
* Working knowledge of Tableau Server
* Advanced Tableau development skills required
* Comfortable with ad hoc request
* Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions
* A solid understanding relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization
* Superior interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment
* Commitment to organized, high-quality deliverables
* Ability to mentor colleagues on standards, best practices, and new technology concepts

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
