Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Middleton, WI.

Responsibilities:
* Initiates and facilitates project kick-off and inception activities
* Business Analyst will gather requirements and create user stories at an advanced level
* May develop and deliver formal documentation/requirements and training programs to end users, project teams, management teams and executive management
* As a Business Analyst, you will interact seamlessly with both business and project teams
* Participation in the internal Agile Community of Practice and Scrum Ceremonies

REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar field
* Business Analyst delivering App Dev efforts (at least 6 years)
* Experience working with brand new Dev Teams & Existing teams in an Agile Scrum environment (at least 3 years)
* Experience managing multiple teams at same time
* Experience in Agile ceremonies
* Expertise in leveraging ADO for Team management & requirement management
* Expertise in conflict resolution and impediments management
* Experience in understanding the project requirements including technical architecture
* Working knowledge and understanding of Agile Software Development Methodology and incremental delivery
* Understands Continuous integration and deployment and Exhibits ability to contribute and work in projects in the Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with multiple outside dependencies and remote project team members
* Can convey the message to different stakeholders (communication)
* Must be able to communicate well with diverse teams and executive level stakeholders from the business in both verbal and written communications
* Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business and management team with relation to requirements or business functions
* Must be able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches
* Must continually be growing one's craft learning new tools and techniques to manage oneself and a team
* Must be able to lead a self-organization team
* Must be able to quickly gain a high-level understanding of Scrum Teams project Vision/Scope
* Must be able to work closely with Product Owner(s) in facilitating team and business discussions

Secondary Skills:
* Development experience (highly preferred)
* Health insurance experience (highly preferred)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
