Business Systems Analyst - SAP S4 HANA PLM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - SAP S4 HANA PLM in Chesterfield, MO.

Duties Include:
* Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders and Global Process Leads to understand the business processes and document detailed functional business requirements
* Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and specifications for SAP configurations
* Design and implement standard SAP S/4 HANA solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals
* Work with technical teams to ensure successful system integration, data migration and overall SAP S/4 implementation and support it end to end
* Develop test cases and execute testing to ensure SAP solution meets business requirements
* As a Business Systems Analyst, you will assist in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing and validate implemented SAP functionalities
* Identify and troubleshoot issues providing timely solutions and workarounds
* Provide training and support to end users on new SAP functionalities
* Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement of SAP processes and stay updated on SAP product releases and best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
* 5 years of hands on experience configuring SAP Production Planning and Product Lifecycle Management
* Strong understanding of Make to Stock and Make to Order production in Discrete Manufacturing
* Strong understanding of Variant Configuration strategy
* Strong understanding of MRP
* Strong understanding of Product Change Management with Change Records
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience with SAP implementation highly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
