RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to support our telecommunications client in Charlotte, NC. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can push back when necessary and advocate for the best customer experience. The ideal candidate should be a driver capable of gathering and documenting requirements, working with stakeholders, and presenting insights to leadership.
Responsibilities:
* Business Systems Analyst will act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring business needs are clearly documented and implemented
* Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows
* Use JIRA to track progress and manage requirements efficiently
* Present insights and updates to leadership, including quarterly bot pod performance and future plans
* As a Business Systems Analyst, you will advocate for optimal customer experiences by pushing back on requests that may not align with best practices
* Work closely with bot owners and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a traditional BA role
* Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive discussions and influence decisions
* Proficiency in JIRA for tracking and managing requirements
* Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to challenge requests that may not align with the best customer experience
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting
* Prior experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
* Familiarity with IVR/chatbot technologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
