RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Business Systems Analyst remotely.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of analysts through data conversion activities supporting a large ERP transformation
* Conduct workshops to elicit detailed requirements (e.g., creation of user stories and acceptance criteria) from product owners, business sponsors, development managers and project managers
* Produce deliverables that bring clarity to requirements such as data crosswalks, data flow diagrams, data quality analysis, data transformation plans, data architecture diagrams, process flows, etc.
* Communicate in a clear manner with variety of stakeholders and team members (development (onshore and offshore), other IT teams, senior leadership (IT and business), end users, vendors, etc.)
* Serve as liaison between business and IT (accompany product owner when they exist)
* Assist project managers with compiling project updates to present to senior leadership and perform project management responsibilities as needed
* Support the quality assurance team and product users during testing and validation
* Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; Ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
* Ensure all activities comply with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
* Complete other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or refined products energy/trading experience required
* 5 years of business analysis work experience required
* 2 years of experience with Databricks or other unified data platforms
* 2 years of experience with AWS cloud platforms
* Experience working in mixed Agile/Waterfall software development environment, experience with program increment planning a plus
* Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (SmartSheet, Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Familiarity and experience with Atlassian tools, specifically JIRA, Confluence, Tempo
* Knowledge of the software development process
* In-depth understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban development frameworks
* Capability to create and understand complex system architecture and network diagrams
* Ability to understand highly complex systems that cross multiple functions and business units
* Ability to apply in-depth knowledge for evaluation, modification, implementation, and optimization of new or enhanced systems and business processes
* Understanding of project management process
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, meet goals and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
