RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Daytona Beach, FL that is seeking a CCTV Support. This company has rolled out CCTV for loss prevention across the country. Now, a ServiceNow process is set up for reporting. The CCTV Support will be communicating with branches and troubleshoot, setup, reset, and triage issues. They will be spotting anomolies in patterns and behavior is required.
Responsibilities:
* Set up access
* Remove access
* Pull video
* Assist with setting up new cameras by coordinating with our 3rd parties to schedule
REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to learn the system and generate reports
* ServiceNow experience
* Excel experience
* PowerBI experience - nice to have
* GeoTab experience
* Exception-Based Reporting experience
* Able to conduct research using exception-based data to identify patterns and anomalies
* Able to generate comprehensive reports based on exception findings
* Able to use data analytics tools to analyze large data sets and extract actionable insights
* Able to collaborate with various departments to address identified issues and implement corrective actions
* Good phone communication skills
* Detail oriented - recognize patterns and anomalies
* Able to trouble shoot outages with IT/3rd parties (vendor)
Background/Ideal Career History:

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
