RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Jose, CA that is seeking a Cloud Security Project Manager to help implement a new secure AWS Cloud Environment, as well as improve the security posture of the current environment. Join the security team within the infrastructure group supporting a global, enterprise collaborative Saas product.
REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP (Project Management Professional) nice to have
* Certified Scrum Master or PRINCE2 nice to have
* AWS Cloud Practitioner nice to have
* 5-7 years of experience in project management in cybersecurity, IT, or security-related fields
* Expertise in leading security-related projects, teams and initiatives in AWS cloud services
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, legal, and executive stakeholders
* Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies
* Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities
* Strong knowledge of security tools such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), and endpoint protection
* Understanding of vulnerability management and security assessment tools (Tenable, Qualys, and Rapid7, Encore), identifying, analyzing, and mitigation of security vulnerabilities
* Problem-solving and adaptability to manage security incidents and project roadblocks
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
