RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Coda Software Engineer in Salt Lake City, UT.
Overview:
* Collaborating with Education system to automate testing and streamline development processes
* Leverage Coda.io as the core platform for automation and integrations with Java and Python for backend tasks
Key Responsibilities:
* Coda.io Development
* Lead the design and execution of solutions using Coda.io
* Coach and train the team on advanced Coda.io features and best practices
* Build dynamic workflows and automation systems in Coda.io
Integration and Programming:
* Develop robust API integrations between Coda.io and existing systems using Java and Python
* Ensure scalability and performance optimization of the integration pipelines
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and implement solutions effectively
Process Improvement:
* Analyze existing processes and propose technical solutions to enhance efficiency
* Work with prototypes to refine and deliver faster, better solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation tools and integrations
Collaboration:
* Attend and actively contribute to daily meetings during Mountain Time (1-2 per day)
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables
* Provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer for long-term sustainability
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in Coda.io with the ability to independently manage projects and train teams
* Experience in automation testing and tools
* Experience delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
* Familiarity with Agile project management
* Proficiency in Java and Python
* Strong understanding of API development and integration processes
* Strong organizational skills to manage time and tasks independently
* Ability to analyze and optimize complex systems
* Ability to adapt to changing workloads and timelines
* Flexible schedule with expected availability during standard Mountain Time business hours
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
