RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Hoboken, NJ that is seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a focus on Pricing. The Pricing Analyst will support key business decision-making and foundational analytics. The role will be instrumental in developing pricing strategies across business and operational teams.
Summary:

REQUIREMENTS:
* A University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or in a related field
* 2 years of experience in pricing or other data analytical roles
* Knowledge and level of proficiency in the use of IT software packages required: Proficient in MS-Excel and PowerPoint
* SQL and other database software skills, experience highly desirable
* Attention to detail, team player, flexibility/adaptability, ability to meet precise deadlines, and a customer-focused mindset
* Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to tell a compelling story with data, efficiently summarizing analysis, and preparing presentation materials for executive leaders
* Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to develop business insights from large data sets
* Self-initiative, the ability to multi-task, and contribute to special projects as they arise
* Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to be forward-thinking
* High degree of achievement, drive, and interest in helping to drive strategic initiatives and change across an organization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
