RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analytics Manager in Daytona Beach, FL.
Summary:
The client is looking for a Manager, Data and Analytics to lead the transformation of how data is used across the company. This role will be instrumental in building and leading a new team of data analysts and engineers, advancing the organization's data maturity in partnership with Data Management, and driving innovation through analytics. As part of our commitment to supporting business growth through scalability of solutions and becoming a data-driven organization, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Data and Analytics to lead the transformation of how data is used across the company. This role will be instrumental in building and leading a new team of data analysts and engineers, advancing the organization's data maturity in partnership with Data Management, and driving innovation through analytics.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the data and analytics strategy, partner with business leaders to implement machine learning and data science initiatives and streamline operational finance reporting processes. A key focus will be to improve reporting and analysis efficiency, enhance data personalization and security, and rationalize technologies toward a unified Oracle ADW and Microsoft Power BI platform.
Key Tasks:
* Establishing and leading a high-performing data and analytics team to deliver actionable insights
* Collaborating with stakeholders to advance data-driven initiatives and empower self-service analytics
* Streamlining and automating reporting processes within Operational Finance to reduce manual effort and ensure security
* Rationalizing and optimizing data and analytics platforms, driving adoption of Oracle ADW and Power BI
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10 years of experience in Business Analytics
* 5 years of experience managing technology teams
* Strong experience in processes, technologies, and techniques in ETL/ELT from ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS, and other enterprise solutions (on-premise, cloud, and SaaS)
* Proficiency in developing data models, pipelines, and orchestration using tools like Alteryx and Power BI; Experience building data pipelines on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
* Proven ability to build analytics and reporting solutions using visualization tools such as Power BI, MS Excel, and Tableau
* The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business acumen, a passion for empowering data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
* Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end data and analytics solutions that meet diverse user needs, including dashboards, prepared reports, and ad hoc analytics
* Skilled in collaborating across functions to align technology and business goals
Strategic Thinking
* Ability to design scalable, efficient data architectures and integrate data governance practices into reporting and analytics workflows
* Track record of optimizing reporting processes to enhance efficiency, reduce redundancy, and maintain data security
Business Acumen:
* Strong ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions with measurable outcomes
* Effective communicator, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
* Effective problem-solving abilities, technical acumen, and experience serving as an escalation point for complex issues

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
