RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking a Data Architect.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinates development and maintenance of data definitions
* Aligns Data Governance with corporate goals
* Acts as liaison among leaders and staff
* Provides measures on data governance effectiveness
* Arbitrates conflicts on shared data
* Promotes prioritization of projects and resources
* Leads design, development, and deployment of enterprise solutions
* Researches and recommends products and standards
* Collaborates on data synchronization methods
* Ensures adherence to data management practices
* Leads technical discussions on data warehouse solutions
* Implements data management strategy for high data quality
* Develops methods for ensuring data accuracy
* Performs regular data audits
* Conducts mass data-cleansing initiatives
* Supports continuous quality improvement
* Resolves data quality issues
* Identifies causes of poor data quality and implements solutions
* Ensures methodologies achieve high-quality data
* Represents company in designated committees
* Communicates committee goals and solutions to management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Broad IT Knowledge: Expertise in application development, servers, networks, databases, and various operating systems; Proficient in hardware/software environments and architecting internet, client-server systems, and integration platforms
* Skills: Process mapping, presentations, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
* Project Management: Manage multiple projects within strict timelines
* Industry Application: Apply IT knowledge to address business challenges using technical standards, infrastructure, industry trends, roadmaps, and IT enablers
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
