RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Desktop Systems Specialist. This is a one-year contract assignment, fully onsite in North Phoenix (Norterra area). Occasional travel to a site in Chandler may also be required.

Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure, internal systems, software, and hardware
* Installation & Troubleshooting: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues
* Security & Maintenance: Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment
* Communication: Effectively communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
* Recommendations: Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades
* Project Participation: Participate in the development of IT and infrastructure projects
* Training: Conduct training programs to educate users about basic and specialized applications
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of relevant experience
* Proven experience in resolving end-user IT issues
* Experience with SCCM, Intune, and IT asset management
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Respectful and professional demeanor towards managers and end users
* Consistent work hours and a positive disposition

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
