Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Developer 2 in Sunnyvale, CA.
Summary:
We are currently looking for talented Full Stack Engineers who is skilled in building high-quality, scalable user interfaces, and is proficient in React, TypeScript, Python, Selenium, AWS skills and UI testing. If you are passionate about crafting seamless UI/UX designs and developing robust applications, we would love to hear from you!
Typical Tasks:
* Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript
* Design and implement responsive UI components and structures
* Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code
* Write comprehensive integration and UI tests to ensure application functionality and reliability
* Collaborate closely with backend developers and product teams to create end-to-end solutions
* Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality, performance, and reliability
* Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and testing
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.
* 3 years of programming experience with at with Java
* 3 years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
* Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
* Understanding of the full Software Development lifecycle
* Experience developing products for customer facing end users
Top 3 must-have hard skills:
* Selenium
* AWS
* Full Stack skillset
Preferred Skills:
* Experience leading a software team as a tech lead
* Experience developing for Linux
* Experience coaching, and mentoring junior members on a software team
* Experience building scalable front-end infrastructure software or distributed systems for commercial online services
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
