RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Director of SAP Solutions for our client located in Newark, DE. This role is Hybrid remote with a minimum of 2 days per week in Newark, DE or Dover, DE as needed.
Responsibilities:
* The Director will lead and manage SAP (IS-U) transformation programs efforts at different stages from Business Process Design to solution design, development deployment and support
* Provide strategic direction for SAP projects
* Oversees the design and implementation of SAP solutions and projects
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related field
* Ten (10) years of SAP experience in the Utilities Industry with a focus on the ISU solution (S/4 HANA Utilities) and meter-to-cash functionality; The required ten (10) years also includes: Utility (Electricity/Water/Gas) Domain, with hands on technical and deployment experience of CIS & Billing Systems in SAP Utilities
* Five (5) years of experience of leading functional and technical teams working with consultants/SMEs and leading them through the project life cycle and support activities
* Full-cycle implementation experience
* Knowledge and understanding with implementing and supporting ERP, inventory management, supply chain and procurement, HRIS and other SAP modules
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
