RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Electrical Designer in Carson City, NV.
Summary:
This project is supporting their first Cathode Material Commercial Plant. This is for I&C scope process itself. The scope of work is generating all of the loop diagrams for tying in to system.
Duties Include:
* Collect IO list and instrument list
* Mapping of connecting which panels
* Specs of hardware for controls
* Correlate with construction design for routing
* Generate detailed wire diagrams for every loop in the plant
* About 1200 individual loops to work through
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with Electrical CAD Software; We use SolidWorks Electrical
* AutoCAD Electrical and Eplan are transferrable
* Bluebeam - must have for redlining and document control
* Knowledge of Junction boxes, cable pin outs, hardware, add to panels, wire sizing, NEC Codes
* Have basic MS Office, Excel, etc.
* Background with electrical design for Manufacturing; Not lighting fixtures for displays
* Commercial is a maybe if they did HVAC building automation side
* Focus on Manufacturing/Industrial Only
* If mainly power distribution for commercial is a no
* All low voltage under 1000V
* Strong communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
