RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is looking for an Electrical Quality Control Construction Manager to help support existing Facilities Construction projects in Sparks, Nevada (NV).
Responsibilities:
* Assist with development of the site-specific QA/QC program while driving a quality culture that embraces both -right first time- and continuous learning approach that improves project efficiency and quality
* Establish and maintain working relationships with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, commissioning agents and vendors to ensure that the site-specific QC Program is followed for all projects
* Confirm that scopes of work installation conform to approved Design drawings, specifications, and method
* Witness and perform construction complete inspection checks and writes QC reports verifying proper install per design and code standards
* Obtain relevant documentation and ensure the correct implementation of the Inspection Test Plans for all things related to electrical, controls and fire protection
* Assist and coordinate final handover documentation (QC documents, test reports, inspection reports, etc.) including completion of construction punch lists
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have strong commissioning experience
* Incredibly familiar and knowledgeable with NEC codes; Tesla standards will be provided which follows NEC but added stricter guidelines
* Med/Low voltage experience/knowledge
* Experience and ability of verifying terminations, scheduling, and testing connection points; Verifying results, torque values, and overall safety compliance
* Experience and ability for commissioning the systems safely
* Experience/knowledge of cabling and single line diagrams
* Experience/knowledge with a volt meter
* MS Office
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
