RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer in Birmingham, AL.
Overview:
Our client in the wealth management space is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Core Engineer with strong cloud experience. This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for someone who can contribute to architecture, infrastructure, and application development in a modern AWS environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7 years of full stack .NET Core and API development
* 4 years of hands-on AWS experience (ECS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform)
* Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
* CI/CD pipelines (Harness, GitHub Actions, etc.)
* Experience with containerized environments (Docker, ECS/EKS)
* React (with Redux, Context API, or similar)
* .NET Core Full Stack Development - Deep experience with API development in C#/.NET Core
* AWS & Terraform - Strong background in AWS infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
* API Development - RESTful services, API Gateway, and scalable backend services
* React - Experience building responsive frontends with React and state management tools
Nice to Have:
* AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Pro preferred)
* Node.js or Python for scripting or automation
* DynamoDB and/or Aurora (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
* Familiarity with GraphQL, event-driven architecture (SNS, SQS)
* Knowledge of security best practices (IAM, encryption, secret management)
* Bonus: Experience mentoring junior engineers or contributing to cloud architecture decisions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
