Full Stack Web Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Reston, VA that is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer.

Responsibilities:
* The Full Stack Web Developer will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical needs
* Develop and implement high-level architectural designs for scalable, secure, and efficient web solutions
* Guide and mentor teams in the development of client and server web components to provide a highly responsive user experience as part of an existing service-oriented, message-driven architecture
* Guide the selection of frameworks, libraries, tools, and design patterns to improve current and future development efforts
* The Full Stack Web Developer will oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
* Optimize web application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web technologies

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in STEM and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 4 years of relevant experience; Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
* Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams in the design, implementation, and deployment of web-based software products
* Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
