RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a Graphic Designer - Healthcare Education.
Are you a creative and detail-oriented designer passionate about making an impact? Join our design team, where your work will directly support patient and provider education, shaping how critical healthcare information is communicated. This role blends design, illustration, and production across multiple media formats to ensure clear, engaging, and accessible educational materials.
Key Tasks:
* Bring ideas to life by conceptualizing and designing a variety of print and digital materials, including brochures, posters, booklets, illustrations, logos, and electronic media, ensuring engaging and visually appealing designs
* Elevate healthcare communication by maintaining high design standards across all patient and provider education materials, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging
* Illustrate and capture visuals by creating custom graphics, selecting stock photography, and taking digital photos as needed to enhance the visual storytelling of educational content
* Shape digital experiences by contributing to web-based education resources, helping to create seamless and engaging user experiences for online learning
* Oversee print production by working closely with vendors to manage production, obtain quotes, review proofs, and conduct press checks to ensure quality
* Lead and inspire by overseeing freelance illustrators and photo shoots as needed, serving as a creative consultant across system-wide initiatives in healthcare education
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
