RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a talented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst in San Antonio, TX.
Summary:
As an IAM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and secure access to various applications and services across our organization. Your primary responsibilities will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining SSO solutions, as well as collaborating with other IT teams and stakeholders to enhance our identity and access management practices.
Responsibilities may include:
* Design and Implement SSO Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design robust SSO solutions using the OKTA platform; Configure SSO connectors, identity providers, and service providers to facilitate seamless authentication and authorization processes
* OKTA Integration: Work closely with the IT team to integrate OKTA with our existing applications and services; Ensure smooth interoperability and seamless user experience across the organization's IT ecosystem
* Manage the entire user lifecycle within the OKTA platform; This includes user onboarding, provisioning access to applications, and timely deprovisioning when users leave or no longer require access
* Define and enforce access policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA) requirements, and other security measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations
* Provide expert support for SSO-related issues and incidents; Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous availability
* Continuously evaluate and improve the security posture of the SSO system; Propose and implement security enhancements, such as adopting the latest authentication methods and encryption protocols
* Regularly monitor SSO logs and conduct audits to detect any suspicious activities or potential security threats; Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and safeguard sensitive information
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in single Sign-On configuration using SAML, OIDC, SCIM
* 5 years of SSO Troubleshooting skills
* 5 years of experience in highly technical, analytical and communication skills in SSO design, implementation and delivery
* 4 years of experience as information security analyst
* Looking for engineers who have actively built SSO, OIDC, and SCIM connections; Okta certification not required but helpful to demonstrate Okta administration knowledge
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
