RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join their team remotely. This position will be supporting CRM Dynamics Development.
Summary:
As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for the development, customization, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. You will work closely with business analysts, product owners, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. This role involves configuring, customizing, and extending the CRM application using various tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer will be responsible for providing high-level consulting services to clients and preparing programming assignments
* Designs, plans and supervises implementation of complex, large-scale system projects
* Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for a complex, large-scale computer system
* Assists in supervising the daily activities of the project team members
* Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the CRM system
* Perform regular maintenance and updates to the CRM environment
* Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed
* Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
* Document technical designs, development processes, and configurations
* Provide training and support to end-users
* As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, you will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements

* Conduct unit testing and support system testing phases
* Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer or similar role
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, Dynamics 365, and related technologies
* Experience with CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, and JavaScript
* Proficiency in .NET, C#, and JavaScript
* Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and FetchXML
* Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, and Web Services)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or similar certifications
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
