RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mobile Device Support in Orlando, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mobile Device Support will work directly with end users within the region to communicate changes and impact to their IT environment
* Work with venders on service contracts to provide best options for customers
* Provide troubleshooting on mobile devices and applications
* Develop user guides and instructions for Company specific application configurations and setup
* Work with customer on updates as well as upgrades to mobile devices
* As a Mobile Device Support, you will record and document all new processes and procedures in service scope and update those already documented to ensure coworkers are able to understand and follow
* Gain complete understanding of IT separation activities, timelines, technical issues, and solutions in a continuously changing environment
* Support change-release processes for implementation of IT systems
* Seeks advice and guidance from Management Team or others for non-routine or other problem areas
REQUIREMENTS:
* Education or training in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields are required
* Excellent communication skills-both written and oral, including presentation skills is required
* Must be organized, self-motivated and have skills to tackle problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem may be difficult or complex
* Should have the ability to take direction and switch quickly between tasks
* Should have the ability to communicate effective with all levels of the organization from Senior Management to Individual Contributor
* Experience with iOS platforms is desired
* Experience with MS Office 365 and related applications is desired
* Familiarity with Cyber Security concepts is desired
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
