RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Network Engineer/Architect. This project will consist of setting up a data collector in the cloud that reaches out and pulls metadata from both cloud and on-prem resources.
Responsibilities:
* Take the application flows
* Create a network diagram
* Proactively reach out to the developers
* Talk to team
* Translate through vertical speak/layers and have enough experience to understand this
* Set up security policies juniper firewalls, and routes, and understand express routes and VLAN hubs with Azure
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong networking and experience migrating/routing in the cloud - Azure and AWS
* Self-driven
* Understanding of F5, firewalls, load balancers
* Willingness to advise with MS Azure
* Experience with Juniper, SRX firewalls
* Enterprise knowledge and
* Knows the implications of asking the right questions
* Knows which team to reach out to
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
