RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Partner Strategy and Program Marketing Manager in Redmond, WA.
Summary:
The main function of a Strategy and Program Marketing Manager is to research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical strategy and program marketing manager is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.
Responsibilities:
* Forecast and track technology trends, analyzing collected data
* Conduct research on domestic and foreign policy impacts to our business, services, and brand
* As a Strategy and Program Marketing Manager, you will gather data on competitors and analyze their method of marketing and distribution
* Measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications programs and strategies
* Develop and implement procedures for identifying communications needs
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent training required
* 10 years of related experience required
* Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
* Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods
* Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage one's time
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
