RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a People Analytics Lead.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced People Analytics Lead to join our team on a contract basis! This role requires expertise in Workday, Power BI, and data analysis to drive data-driven decision-making and provide strategic insights. Key responsibilities include managing HR data integrity, developing Power BI dashboards, conducting in-depth analysis, and collaborating across departments to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with data regulations and support HR teams in leveraging analytics for improved decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred
* Proven experience in HR analytics, with a strong focus on Workday and Power BI
* Expertise in data management, analysis, and visualization
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
