Responsibilities:
* Greenfield Development: Be at the center of building a sophisticated global trading platform from scratch; This rare Greenfield initiative offers a unique chance to shape a modern, enterprise-grade system from the ground up
* Cutting-Edge Technology: Design and develop secure, scalable cloud-native services, platforms, and APIs for high-frequency trading using the latest advancements in technology

* Software Engineering: Deliver end-to-end Java solutions within an Agile development environment, to support real-time, mission-critical applications

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a strong emphasis on building high-performance systems
* Deep expertise in Java programming
* Proven track record in low-latency front office trading system development
* Strong understanding of microservices architecture
* Skilled in API design and integration with messaging systems
* Familiarity with low-latency design patterns and real-time data processing
* Experience in front-office trading environments
* Excellent collaboration skills and a passion for mentoring junior team members
* Driven, adaptable, and energized by complex technical challenges
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
