RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager Non-Tech in Redmond, WA.
Key Tasks:
* Utilizing data and analytics for supply matching to our capacity planning and customer demand requirements
* Establishing and defining key metrics and performance indicators driving process improvements
* Support organization-wide projects to improve delivery, reliability, and agility; Leveraging others effectively to support internal business team goals
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Ops/Industrial/Manufacturing engineering, Business, or equivalent experience in related fields; MS/MBA preferred
* Minimum 4-7 years of supplier management experience in an Electronics, or high-volume supply chain and or applicable Manufacturing/Hardware production environment
* Minimum of 4 years in Program Management and data analytics
* Current experience in IT/high-tech electronics or Manufacturing/Service supply chain
* Strong skills and knowledge in root cause analysis/problem solving and the ability to implement and drive corrective actions and efficiencies (ability to hold people accountable, and drive closure)
* Excellent communication, problem solving skills - ability to manage competing priorities, set clear expectations, collaborate, identify objectives, develop and deliver feedback in written, oral, and presentation formats for partner teams, and senior executive management
* Strong Project Management skills involving multiple global System Integrators and Internal partners
* High comfort with handling multiple ongoing priorities and escalations
* Strong customer-focus and attention to detail
* Capable of performing complex data analysis to identify problems or opportunities to improve supply chain performance
* Skilled in Customer Relationship building, and Cross-functional collaboration opportunities
* Ability to work well in ambiguous situations, and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and changes
* Minimal travel is required
Preferred:
* 4 years of supplier management experience in an Electronics, or high-volume supply chain and or applicable Manufacturing/Hardware production environment
* Strong understanding in the use of MRP, Excel, Power Point, SQL, Access, and Power BI
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
