RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Fresno, CA is looking for a Project Controls Analyst to support Project Managers across various regions, assisting with budgeting and financial forecasting to ensure the success of their projects. These -electric operations- projects range from substation, to transmission and distribution.
Responsibilities:
* Support 1-2 Project Managers across 20-40 projects of varying sizes, of a variety of durations
* Building a strong relationship with PM(s), heavy collaboration
* Manage both the scheduling side and the finance/budgeting side of the projects
* Assisting with budget planning and cost forecasting
* Tracking project expenses and financial performance
* Preparing reports on budgets and spending
* Identifying and analyzing financial variances
* Ensuring accurate financial records and documentation
* Coordinating with teams to keep projects on track
REQUIREMENTS:
* Functional experience with P6 including resource loaded schedule as well as financial oversight background
* Project Management Controls background
* Cost Management and cost controls experience
* Forecasting metrics, managing the financials of projects, budgeting of metrics using SAP
* Experience supporting projects: utility, construction, healthcare
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
