RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will be responsible for validating data sources, applying transformation logic, and overseeing the seamless loading of data into target systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* QA Engineer will ensure the highest level of software quality and reliability through comprehensive testing methodologies
* Collaborate with software development teams to understand requirements, design specifications, and implementation details
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for data-driven and integration testing, leveraging Snowflake and SQL
* Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot software defects, documenting and tracking issues to ensure timely resolution
* As a QA Engineer, you will conduct root cause analysis for test failures and work closely with development teams to resolve issues and enhance software quality
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure alignment between quality assurance activities and organizational goals

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
* 3 years of experience in QA, with a focus on Database and ETL testing
* Proven experience in writing complex SQL queries
* Strong knowledge of relational databases and ETL tools
* Familiarity with QA automation tools and practices
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
