RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Release Train Engineer in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Duties:
* Release Train Engineer will conduct actual-PI planning meeting for backlog refinement and dependency identification
* PI-43 planning and coordinate with Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure readiness
* Coordinate with BU PMO team in facilitating PI-43 planning event, and guiding teams through planning
* Capturing dependencies and risks identified during PI-43 planning and facilitate discussions
* Conduct Weekly Scrum of Scrum Calls during the execution by removing impediments and addressing any issues that arise
* Conduct Project Weekly Status Report meetings to review team progress
* Schedule sprint demos at the end of each sprint to show case team accomplishments
* Coordinate with Scrum/DevOps teams and publish monthly Release calendars for PI-43
* Facilitate smooth Scrum releases with DevOps team for PI-43
* Mentor various agile teams (ART) in the portfolio
* Help the ART manage their budget, mitigate risks and any productivity related issues
* Manage and ensure the ART best practices are followed and efficiency metrics are achieved
* Conduct portfolio wide weekly status calls to track status & resolve challenges/roadblocks across
* As a Release Train Engineer, you will serve as a liaison between development and operations teams
* Coordinate and align ART activities with organization's strategic goals
* Maintain calendars for program increments (PIs)
* Implement PI planning events and monitoring their progress
* Monitor the development and implementation of new programs and features
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
