RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Salesforce Architect in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Salesforce Architect will serve as a principal architect, providing technical leadership and guidance for Salesforce solutions
* Develop scalable architectural designs aligned with evolving needs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable designs
* Oversee integration of Salesforce with various external systems and APIs
* Conduct system audits, performance evaluations, and architectural reviews
* As a Salesforce Architect, you will stay updated on Salesforce advancements and incorporate innovative solutions to optimize the platform
* Drive adoption across the organization by assisting with OCM activities and strategic initiatives
* Participate in release management, change management, and deployment processes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Active Salesforce certifications
* 5 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
* Extensive experience defining system architecture, assessing current-state gaps, and delivering future-state solutions aligned with business goals
* Expertise in multi-system integrations, APIs, and enterprise-scale architecture design
* Proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities, including complex configurations, code development, and app design
* Experience in data modeling, data management best practices, and enterprise-level reporting strategies
* Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing rules, security architecture, and SSO implementation
* Proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders and leading development teams in Agile environments
* Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and running projects on Agile
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
