Summary:
The Salesforce Commerce Cloud Admin manages and optimizes the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth site performance, user experience, and data integrity, while also managing users, security, and system configurations.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of professional work experience, 3 years in consulting or 3 years of Salesforce.com experience, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience preferred
* Experience with designing and building complex flows and other automations
* Experience with business process definition and writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
* Experience with data migrations and designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills
Salesforce Platform Proficiency:
* Configuration: Experience with configuring and customizing the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, including managing users, roles, permissions, and security settings
* Data Management: Proficiency in data migration, data loading, and data cleansing techniques
* Reports and Dashboards: Ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance
* Workflows and Processes: Knowledge of building and managing workflows, approvals, and other automated processes
* Custom Objects and Fields: Experience in creating and managing custom objects, fields, and relationships to meet specific business needs
* B2B/B2C Commerce Expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud's B2B or B2C Commerce features and functionalities
* APEX and SOQL: Basic understanding of APEX programming language and SOQL for data manipulation
Technical:
* Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud with other systems and applications
* Security Management: Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices and experience in implementing and maintaining security measures
Operational:
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and users
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
