Salesforce SME

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce SME in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities:
* Salesforce SME will provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices and solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions
* Conduct needs analysis and prepare user stories to align with business requirements
* Develop and deliver Salesforce training and certification content
* As a Salesforce SME, you will create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and processes
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionalities
* Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce
* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
