RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Analyst in Miami, FL (Florida).
Responsibilities:
* The Senior Analyst will review and validate all S&T transactions by reconciling daily trade contractual terms against Trader recap/Broker recap, Counterparty confirmations and Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) system
* Resolve trade discrepancies no later than trade date plus 1 day (T 1)
* Generate and send sale and purchase confirmations no later than T 1
* Review confirmations that WFS receives and counter no later than trade date plus 2 days (T 2)
* Chase counterparties by email or phone if a confirmation has not been received no later than T2
* File and label all contractual correspondence and email in our centralized repository following WFS Documentation Retention Process
* Run daily trade reports out of ETRM system(s)
* Maintain Confirmation Team's shared MS Outlook Mailbox, by responding timely with accurate information to both external and internal customers
* Communicate efficiently with business partners, team members, and management
* The Senior Analyst will be the holder of all Confirmation templates short form and long form
* Liaising with internal stakeholders in Credit, Risk Management, Legal and Commercial, business partners, team members, and Management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree level or possess an equivalent level qualification
* 4-5 years of experience in Energy Contracts is preferable
* International experience is preferable
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Innovative in providing and addressing business needs in a changing environment
* Experience with use of Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, and willingness to experiment and work with new technologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
