RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a dynamic and innovative company is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join their team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality designs across various platforms. This role is hybrid in Utah County.
Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
* Test signals and install components as needed
* Work with enterprise systems, including SAP
* Design and implement solutions beyond landing pages
Design Skills:
* Utilize Figma for high-level design tasks
* Create and maintain design patterns
* Design for iOS and web platforms, ensuring seamless transfer to desktop and application interfaces
Collaboration and Communication:
* Work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Communicate design ideas clearly and thoughtfully
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
* Experience with pattern creation and enterprise systems like SAP
* Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
* Ability to design for both iOS and web platforms
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
* Thoughtful and easy to get along with, contributing to a positive team dynamic
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
