RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Manager in San Antonio, TX. You will have the opportunity to own, drive, and execute the roadmap, delivering an End-to-End Product.
Key Responsibilities:
* Senior Product Manager will create features, epics, and technical user stories for Dev teams
* Develop UX for consumer-facing applications and SDKs with a designer
* Collaborate with leadership on the product roadmap
* Produce technical documentation for stakeholders
* Deliver Go-to-Market and Commercialization materials
* Create and update playbooks for migration, beta, pilot, sunset, and release
* Translate solutions into designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Manage the Product backlog for Transaction Processing
* Integrate third-party services and SaaS vendors
* Align with the company's strategic vision and initiatives
* Lead cross-functional teams in executing the product roadmap
* Conduct market and competitive research
* Engage with users for insights
* Apply creative thinking to design solutions
* Manage feature sprint, epic, and product life cycles
* Address stakeholder needs and concerns
* Communicate feature benefits to customer success and marketing teams
* Guide and execute version releases and go-to-market plans
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
* 6 years in Core Banking, ACH, loan payment features, debt repayment, and card processing
* 6 years in delivering technical features (SDKs, APIs) for FIs/Credit Unions or managing B2C Money movement/eCommerce applications
* Experience in managing sprint features, epics, and product life cycles
* Experience in building B2C software user interfaces and white label solutions
* Broad knowledge of payment technologies
* Mature product management skills
* Experience with consumer-facing applications with money movement capability
* Effective communication skills
* Experience using data and metrics for product decisions
* Expertise in visual modeling of user journeys, sequence diagrams, and procedural flows
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
