RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior System Administrator in Salt Lake City, UT.
Summary:
The Senior System Administrator will perform hands on administration, process automation, and other administrative functions. They will help in gathering functional/technical requirements, analyze business requirements, designing, implementing, deploying, and documenting Salesforce projects. The incumbent should be comfortable working independently, as well as being a leader and consultant in project teams.
Key Tasks:
* Senior System Administrator will maintain Salesforce organizations including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and process automation, and other administrative functions
* Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations
* Act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development team
* As a Senior System Administrator, you will collaborate with other Salesforce administrators
* Work with State agencies to advance business requirements that are feasible within the time, budget, and resource constraints available
* Provide advice and recommendations to project teams as well as to management
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of Salesforce administrative experience
* Experience with project management and process analysis and improvement
* Some experience working with integrations
* Understanding of Salesforce best practices and automation implementation
* Knowledge of Judicial Performance Evaluation Committee (JPEC)
* Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Strong analytical ability with orientation for detail and accuracy
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in Salesforce Lighting Components
* Proficient in APEX
Preferred:
* Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
* Advanced experience in lightning components
* Advanced experience designing user experience in Salesforce
* Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Dataloader or any data management tools
* Experience providing end user training and support
* Experience with software testing and deployment
* Experience with Company applications and orgs
* Comfortable learning new toolsets and platforms
Scoring:
* 20% - Cost
* 40% - Salesforce Knowledge
* 40% - JPEC Knowledge
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
