RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jersey City, NJ that is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer.
Summary:
As a Senior Test Automation Engineer on the DevOps & Automation Engineering team, you'll get the opportunity to develop your skills and collaborate with engineers. In this role, you will be working with a team of technologists passionate about promoting testing practices, implementing test automation, and executing test suites.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
* 5 years of Software Quality Engineering experience
* Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automation test suites using Playwright
* Good understanding of Angular and/or Single Page Application, JavaScript and Typescript
* Experience in automating front-end, back-end and mobile applications
* Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Git and Artifactory
* Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time
* Experience with Agile, DevOps Methodologies & Continuous Delivery
* Passionate and committed to learning new things and developing with the latest technologies and frameworks
* Works well in both a small agile team and independently and has a strong user focus
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience with Xray
* Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as Docker
* Intermediate level Java development skills to help identify and debug issues
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
