RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Miami, FL (Florida).
Responsibilities:
* ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services to support client's digital platforms and restaurant operations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend developers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
* Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and system integrations to support seamless data flow across client's ecosystem
* Monitor service performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve stability and efficiency
* The ServiceNow Developer will participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure code quality and system reliability
* Maintain clear technical documentation and provide support to internal teams as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 years of experience in backend development with a focus on service development and API integration
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go
* Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and service-oriented architecture
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
* Ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) or retail industry is a plus
* Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
* Understanding of performance monitoring tools and practices
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
