RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SFCC Developer in South Jordan, UT.
Summary:
Join our dynamic SFCC engineering team and contribute to the development of our global eCommerce platform! As part of our eCommerce engineering group, you will work closely with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and third-party partners to continuously enhance and expand our platform. You'll collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into elegant, scalable solutions that deliver an exceptional experience to customers worldwide.
Key Tasks:
* Develop and maintain front-end and back-end solutions following Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) best practices
* Partner with cross-functional teams, including UX, finance, and customer support, using Agile methodologies to deliver seamless user experiences
* Adhere to software development life cycle (SDLC) standards, including code reviews, best practices, and quality assurance processes
* Stay ahead of the latest platform capabilities and industry trends to propose innovative solutions
* Improve application documentation, development workflows, and tooling for efficiency
* Document architectural patterns, methodologies, and best practices for long-term maintainability
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of software development experience, with leadership experience preferred
* 2-5 years of hands-on SFCC development, supporting global, high-converting implementations
* Strong expertise in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, jQuery, XML, and REST/SOAP web services
* Experience building user interfaces based on wireframes and designs from tools like Sketch, Zeplin, or Figma
* Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or other tag management solutions, along with Adobe or Google Analytics integration
* Proven track record of leading SFCC implementations and developing scalable, global applications
* Passion for mentoring developers and guiding business teams on SFCC best practices
* Hands-on development skills with the ability to design and deliver high-quality software solutions
* Strong experience working in Agile environments with a collaborative mindset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
