Software Developer III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Doral, FL that is seeking a Software Developer III.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and development of complex developer productivity solutions
* The Software Developer will build, deploy, and maintain high-performance APIs using TypeScript and GraphQL
* Mentor junior engineers and conduct comprehensive code reviews
* Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues with minimal supervision
* Collaborate across teams to architect scalable and secure solutions
* Optimize software for reliability, performance, and efficiency
* Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and adoption of best practices
* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes
* Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure consistent and scalable environments
* Create and maintain developer documentation and best practices guides
* The Software Developer will facilitate developer onboarding and training sessions to enhance team capabilities
* Gather and analyze developer feedback to continuously improve tools and processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of experience in software engineering
* Advanced skills in TypeScript, GraphQL, and API design
* Strong knowledge of developer productivity tools and cloud platforms
* Experience with containerization and security practices
* Proven ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across teams
* Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and management
* Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools
* Excellent communication and documentation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
