Key Responsibilities:
* Quickly understand business strategy and operational models, applying gap analysis techniques to develop long-term technical product strategies
* Software Engineer will ensure technical products and capabilities align with business needs and goals
* Communicate goals, metrics, and value propositions effectively across the organization
* Facilitate the design, development, and support of new and existing products in collaboration with business stakeholders
* Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to plan, execute, and deliver innovative product offerings
* Lead teams in solving complex technical challenges while driving transformation and innovation
* Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to ensure high software quality and continuous improvement
* As a Software Engineer, you will assist in gathering user requirements, developing user stories, and estimating work plans
* Offer third-level support to business users and research various software products to identify optimal solutions
* Deep-dive into various data stores to generate meaningful insights, improve operational intelligence, and enhance customer experience
* Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous feedback
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, product development, or technical delivery
* Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design & Analysis principles in C#, along with experience in WCF, API development, ORM, Cloud technologies, SOA, SaaS, and SQL data stores
* Strong expertise in .NET system services, communication protocols, and industry technologies
* Demonstrate a passion for problem-solving and creating effective, scalable solutions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
