RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in South Jordan, UT that is seeking a Software Product Manager to lead the evolution of how users discover and engage with content on our platform. In this role, the Software Product Manager will shape the vision and execution for content consumption, ensuring that images, fonts, projects, and other creative assets are easily accessible and seamlessly integrated into the user experience. They will collaborate closely with our search team and cross-functional partners to optimize content discoverability, usability, and engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Define and champion the product vision, building a strategic roadmap that enhances how users interact with content
* Gather insights from data, user research, and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities
* Develop and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
* Collaborate across teams-including UX, Engineering, Content, and QA-to bring new features to life
* Partner with product marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and analyze post-launch performance
* Leverage data to identify content gaps and work with the content team to enhance and expand offerings
* Drive content strategy, ensuring different content types integrate seamlessly and provide value to users
* Act as a thought leader, advocating for best practices in content discovery, personalization, and user engagement
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience in software product management (experience launching new products is a plus)
* Strategic mindset, with the ability to own the full product lifecycle from ideation to execution and beyond
* Strong analytical skills, with experience translating user insights into actionable strategies
* Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and aligning teams around a shared vision
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration in a dynamic environment
* Decision-making expertise, balancing data-driven analysis with the need for timely execution
* A problem-solving mentality, bringing energy, creativity, and a user-first approach to challenges
* Attention to detail and systems thinking, ensuring content experiences are intuitive and effective
* Passion for crafting and creativity, with a deep appreciation for user engagement

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
