RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Specialist in Sparks, NV.

3x Commissioning Specialist roles open with our client:
* I&C Commissioning Specialist
* Electrical Commissioning Specialist
* Mechanical Commissioning Specialist

Duties:
* Leading Construction Completions Walk downs and setting up list of deficiencies
* Performing Pre-Start Up Planning - Creating partners buy in, disseminating information to the right parties and coordination of the start-up procedures
* Complete all Checklist in the CMMS system
* Supporting Technicians with the day-to-day questions and testing
* Deliver against time sensitive requirements set by other project stakeholders including but not limited to production teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate degree or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years of experience, preferably in MEP or industrial manufacturing background
* Understanding of manufacturing environment
* Well versed with CMMS and other MS Software
* Understanding of manufacturing environment
* Well versed with CMMS and other MS Software
* CX Alloy is preferred
* Experience in MEP systems is desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
