RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with proven experience in Microsoft Azure Active Directory to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
* Technical Architect will design, implement, and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) solutions
* Develop and maintain modern authentication protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Kerberos, NTLM, and LDAP
* Oversee user and group management, conditional access, identity protection, multi-factor authentication, and Azure AD Connect
* Ensure robust identity and access management (IAM) practices, including RBAC, PIM, SSO, and federation
* Utilize PowerShell scripting and automation tools for efficient Azure AD administration
* As a Technical Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Azure AD services with other enterprise systems
* Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders
* Stay updated with the latest Azure AD features and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience (5 years) as a Microsoft Azure Active Directory Architect or similar role
* Knowledge of modern authentication protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP
* In-depth knowledge of Azure AD services, including but not limited to user and group management, conditional access, identity protection, multi-factor authentication, and Azure AD Connect, and IAM concepts
* Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including RBAC, PIM, SSO, and federation
* Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools for Azure AD administration
* Strong understanding of modern authentication protocols
Preferred Skills: This is not required BUT if they have these certifications, it will put us at an advantage:
* Industry certification such as Microsoft Certified (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications in cloud security and identify management are preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
