RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Seattle, WA looking for a Product Manager Technical (PMT) with experience leading -green field- opportunities and business facing products with a global customer base.
Summary:
The candidate should bring a track record of aligning vision, resolving ambiguity, defining strategies, building a product roadmap, measuring impact, and working with engineering teams to deliver against the roadmap. To be successful, the Technical Program Product Manager must also be able to influence across multiple teams, be a strong communicator (written and oral), and be an analytic thinker that is capable of simplifying complexity. They should thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and be capable of working through ambiguity or competing priorities.
As a Product Manager Technical (PMT), you will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and launch of technology solutions that leverage direct tax knowledge to automate and optimize customer service operations. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful products that improve customer experiences and operational efficiencies
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8 years of experience in product management or technical product management roles/MBA or advanced degree in a technical field
* Strong technical background with experience in software development, preferably in direct tax technology or related fields
* Strong communication and writing skills are a non-negotiable for this position
* Must have back-bone for difficult situations and deadlines and be able to navigate those situations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
