Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Tradeshows and Experiences to create unforgettable event experiences that captivate audiences and drive business growth. This role is all about bringing our customer's story to life on the industry's biggest stages-from global tradeshows to exclusive customer events. Leading cross-functional teams, this role will ensure our customer's products and solutions are front and center, creating engaging, high-energy experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams. It's all about building brand excitement, generating demand, and driving the sales cycle-with real impact.
Responsibilities:
* Develop bold event strategies that align with business goals and elevate Splunk's presence
* Collaborate across teams to craft messaging, content, and customer engagement strategies
* Own event execution, from speaker sessions and demos to budgeting and logistics
* Measure and optimize impact, using data to refine strategies and maximize success
* Create unforgettable experiences that strengthen connections with customers, partners, and Splunkers
* Amplify visibility through strategic promotion and brand storytelling
REQUIREMENTS:
* Go-Getter Mentality - A hands-on problem solver who thrives in fast-moving environments Comfortable adapting to change and making things happen
* Event & Tradeshow Expertise - 8-10 years of experience planning and driving B2B tech eventsspecially in security, cloud, big data, storage, and database technologies
* Storytelling & Strategy - A creative thinker with a strong portfolio of event strategies that bring brands to life and make a lasting impact
* Data-Driven & Creative - Strong leadership, analytical, and critical thinking skills to measure success and improve event experiences
* Tech-Savvy - Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or other marketing tools, plus everyday Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack know-how
* Big Event Experience - Hands-on management of large-scale, multi-day, hybrid events with 5,000 attendees
* Great Teammate - Works well with cross-functional teams, builds positive relationships, and collaborates to make events a success
* Travel-Ready - Willing to travel for assigned events

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
